Tiny Tips: Treat yourself like a plant

In honor of the first day of Spring (last Wednesday, March 20), I wanted to remind you (and myself) of something that is surprisingly effective when your feeling down – whether it’s because your sick, down in the dumps, or have just been looking at your phone too long (I’m not judging, I do it, too).

Treat yourself like a plant: give yourself sunshine and water.
