“A bird made of birds” by Sarah Kay

Today’s poem is a video of a poem published this week on TED by Sarah Kay.
She starts her talk with the statement, “the universe has already written the poem you wanted to write.”
That is the truest thing I know about poetry, and her delivery is lovely.
Please enjoy.

(If you’re not seeing the embedded video – I’m having a little bit of trouble with it – here’s a link to watch it on the TED website).
Also in honor of the “Bird made of birds” here’s a link to a lovely video of starlings flying together. I didn’t quite see the “bird made of birds” but it’s still pretty cool.
